3. User Responsibilities

By using our Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or requesting quotes
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

By submitting your information, you expressly consent to be contacted by these contractors via phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry, including calls using automated dialing systems.

We do not guarantee that any contractor will contact you, accept your project, or provide services at any particular price. We are not party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

5. No Warranties

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of the site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
